• don't have to pay any fees when you stay within your limit
• can protect your repayments against the unexpected with Credit Zone Protector Plus

What if I'm ill or have an accident?

Don't forget to safeguard yourself against the unexpected with Credit Zone Protector Plus for overdrafts between £200 and £10,000. The Credit Zone Protector Plus option pays your monthly payments if you have an accident, injury or become ill. Protection costs from just £0.76 per £100 insured, plus £0.59 per £100 for a second person (if you've a joint account). To apply for protection, you need an employment contract specifying a start date. Please ask for a form at any branch.

Up to £1,000 in the second year, and up to £500 in the third year. We'll agree to an overdraft, depending on your circumstances.

If you exceed your arranged overdraft facility or go overdrawn, you will be charged £38 for each unpaid item (Standing Order, Direct Debit or Cheque). You may also pay £30 for any default notice we may need to send to tell you that you've breached our agreement.
